Shipping & Delivery

We have a standard global shipping fee of $4.99 USD or free shipping on orders over $55 USD.

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 2-5 business days

Shipping time estimates:

- United States Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri, and will take 5-10 business days to reach you via USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or UPS.

- Canada

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, and will take 5-10 business days to reach you via Canada Post. 

- Australia, New Zealand Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in WA, East Perth, and will take 5-10 business days to reach you via Australia Post or Aramex.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on the customs in each country. Some countries will clear packages faster than others, so please take that into account as well.

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping Providers side

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well-informed to the best of our ability.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order on this page - Track My Order

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
